Automatically loads project members. Shuffle the order each session or keep it fixed. Skip, go back, or jump ahead.
Dims unrelated tasks and highlights the current speaker's cards on the board or list view. Keeps everyone focused.
End-of-standup stats showing who spoke longest, average time, and skip count. Stores the last 30 sessions for trends.
Space to pause, arrow keys to navigate speakers, S to skip, Escape to stop. Keep your hands on the keyboard.
